“You are never too old to set a new goal or dream a new dream.” C.S. Lewis

“If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy and inspires your hopes.” – Andrew Carnegie.

A study was done by the Harvard Business Study.

They took a class of students and found out about their goals.

3% of students had goals and had them in writing.

14% of students had goals but hadn’t written them down.

83% of students had no goals at all.

The study was taken up 15 years later and the findings were incredible

The 14% earned 10x more than the 83%

The 3% with written goals earned more than all the 97% added together.

Have you ever wondered why some people are so great at achieving their dreams and living a life full of purpose? What is their secret of success?

By having clear goals, you become accurately aware of what you want to achieve and how to go about doing it. You have a plan that can guide you along the way and keep you on track.

Add commitment, determination and reading your goals daily and by the laws of the universe - that goal will become a reality.

Having a vision and working towards it is one of the ways to find immense joy and satisfaction.

Setting goals is one of the most life changing things you can do. It’s easy to find yourself living day to day and simply going with the flow- just doing what you need to get through the day without a greater picture in mind.

The first step to setting goals is spending quality time pondering where you are today and where you want to be in the future. What do you feel you need to start doing so that you are happier, more successful, or fulfilled? What do you want things to look like next year or five, ten, or more years from now?

The best time to set goals is right now. Although you may feel you are too busy at the moment, there is no better time to start making changes than the present, so your better future can begin right now.

So the secret to success is to get that piece of paper and write your goals. Now.
